Phased Inspections
We offer three types of phased home inspections to ensure quality and code compliance throughout the construction process.
The Pre-Pour Inspection is conducted before the foundation is poured to verify that forms, rebar, and structural elements meet building code standards.
The Pre-Drywall Inspection takes place after framing, plumbing, and electrical systems are installed, allowing us to check for proper construction and safety before walls are sealed.
The final step is a Full Home Inspection at the end of construction, providing a comprehensive evaluation before move-in.
These phased inspections help protect your investment and ensure your new home is built right from the ground up.
