Our Inspection Process:
Once you provide us with the address and your contact information, we will get back with you as soon as possible to discuss the details. You will recieve a quote, and, if you wish to proceed, we will schedule an inspection at a time that works best for you. Our inspections include getting on top of the roof and into the attic, so it's important to be home at the time of the inspection. Once the inspection is complete, we will go over our findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Later that day, we will provide you with a detailed report that includes pictures of every deficiency we observed.
Our roof inspections begin with our inspector walking the roof surface and end after they inspect the attic. We only deviate from these prceedures if conditions are unsafe, the roof type prohibits it, the attic is inaccessible, or at the client's request. If we do not walk the surface of the roof, it will be inspected from the edges of the roof and from the ground with binoculars.
